Breaking Through the Implementation Impasse presentation begins with a brief explanation of the fundamentals of our work with clients experiencing financial transitions.   Specifically we will help advisors to learn how to identify the "implementation gap" that can exist between client and advisor.  We will look at reasons that clients sometimes fail to complete or implement plans after they and their professional advisor have expended significant amounts of time and effort on the process.  Finally we will discuss a range of solutions and tools to build the level of client alignment needed to fill the gap and move on to a mutually productive engagement.
