As a Wealth Planner in the Philadelphia office, Peter Moshang provides guidance to families and individuals on all aspects of their estate planning, including generational transfer of family wealth, business succession, philanthropy, next generation education, and tax minimization.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Peter was a Partner in private legal practice at Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, P.C., where he focused his practice on estate and gift planning, estate and trust administration, and closely held business succession planning.
Tom Hiscott’s practice focuses primarily on estate planning and trust and estate administration, with a particular emphasis on the tax aspects of these areas.
Tom is a frequent speaker on tax issues related to trusts and estates for corporate fiduciaries and state and local bar organizations. He is often sought out for his expertise in the integration of retirement accounts into estate plans and the tax-efficient administration of estates and trusts that own large retirement accounts, and more recently for the effects of the SECURE Act on retirement assets. Tom has also successfully represented fiduciaries in disputes regarding inheritance and estate taxes.
